Welcome to Ashley Farms Subdivision .... Gateway to Anchor Bay.

Ashley Farms Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization  located in New Baltimore, Michigan and formed for the general purposes of maintaining the common areas and enhancing the value, desirability and attractiveness of Ashley Farms.  It is a volunteer organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the special quality of life in our community.  We have provided a lot of information on this website about our community, the association and our activities.  Thank you for visiting and please take advantage of the many opportunities to get involved and help make Ashley Farms an even better place to live.

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Ashley Farms is a beautiful, quiet and friendly subdivision which is close to everything you need, yet away from the hectic suburban sprawl.  Our community is centrally located close to many of the new shopping centers, schools, and recreational activities. 

The children of Ashley Farms attend the Anchor Bay School District.  GO TARS!
